Download redsn0w 0.9.8b7 for Windows / Mac, You will need iTunes 10.5 beta 7 ( Mac / Windows 7 32bit / 64bit ) to install the latest iOS Beta 7, Remember while jailbreaking with redsn0w to point it to the iOS 5 Beta 6 IPSW file (not the Beta 7 one) and also tick install cydia. iOS 5 requires a registered UDID with a developer account. You can get your UDID registered from this link. Note: iOS Jailbreaking does not work with iPad 2.
Edit: Now you can use the latest sn0wbreeze 2.8b7 to jailbreak iOS5 beta 7 on windows.
